By accessing, downloading, installing, logging into, or otherwise using our products and services ("Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the terms of this Agreement and other related policies incorporated herein. If you do not agree to all terms of this Agreement, please refrain from using the Services.
Our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Payment Verification Policy, Refund Policy, Know Your Customer (KYC) Policy, and other policies announced from time to time constitute an integral part of this Agreement.
We may amend this Agreement periodically. In case of changes, we will notify you by posting updates on our website or by sending an email. The revised terms will not be applied retroactively, and the effective date of the updated Agreement will be indicated. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Agreement. We reserve all rights not expressly granted herein.

1. License Grant and Limitation of Liability

1.1 We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use MostLogin software.
1.2 To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any special, incidental, direct, or indirect damages arising from your use or inability to use the software, even if previously advised of the possibility of such damages.
1.3 Any violation of this Agreement may result in the immediate termination of your account without notice.
You agree to assume all risks associated with the use of the Services.

2. Account Terms

2.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or have attained the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to register for and use a MostLogin account.
If under 18, you may only use the Services with the verifiable consent of a parent or guardian.
2.2 Registration Requirements
• You must register an account by providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information.
• You must not use invalid or unauthorized email addresses.
2.3 Account Security
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password.

Any disputes arising from third-party content or services are unrelated to us.

3. Prohibited Actions

You must not engage in any of the following activities:
（1）Endangering national security or interests.
（2）Promoting cults or superstitions.
（3）Spreading rumors or destabilizing society.
（4）Disseminating obscene, pornographic, violent, or terrorist content.
（5）Defaming or infringing on others’ rights.
（6）Infringing intellectual property rights.
（7）Fabricating facts or misleading others.
（8）Engaging in illegal online gambling or betting.
（9）Deleting or altering ownership information in the software.
（10）Circumventing or destroying copyright protection mechanisms.
（11）Tampering with computer systems or information networks.
（12）Unauthorized access, modification, or interference with networks or data.
（13）Spreading viruses or other malicious programs.
（14）Reselling or sublicensing MostLogin accounts or services.
（15）Endangering cybersecurity.
（16）Any other conduct prohibited by laws or regulations.
You must not use any automated software or devices ("crawlers," "spiders," etc.) to extract data from the Services or attempt to reverse-engineer MostLogin.
Violation of any prohibited activities will subject you to legal liabilities and possible account suspension or termination without compensation.

4. Fees and Payment Terms

4.1 Please refer to our Payment Policy page for up-to-date pricing and promotional offers.
4.2 Free Features
• Free features may not be used in virtual machines.
• Only one account per device may use free features.
4.3 Paid Services
• Certain features require payment.
• Prices are subject to change and will be announced through official channels.
4.4 We reserve the right to change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services without prior notice.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Subscription fees are billed automatically based on your selected plan.
5.2 All purchases are final and non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

6. Termination of Agreement

6.1 This Agreement is effective upon your acceptance and remains valid until terminated by either party.
6.2 We may suspend or terminate your account without notice for reasons including but not limited to:
• Breach of this Agreement;
• Violation of applicable laws or regulations;
• Actions harmful to our business interests.
6.3 Upon termination, your access to the Services will be revoked, and account content may be deleted.
We are not liable for any resulting loss.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.2 You are prohibited from using, copying, or modifying any Marks, content, or software belonging to MostLogin without authorization.

8. Confidentiality and Feedback

8.1 All personal information collected is subject to our Privacy Policy.
8.2 You agree to maintain the confidentiality of any non-public information obtained through the use of the Services.
8.3 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide to us regarding the Services shall become our exclusive property, and you hereby assign all related rights to us free of charge.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 No Warranty
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
9.2 No Responsibility for Data Loss
You are responsible for backing up your own data. We disclaim liability for any data loss.

We are not responsible for disputes between users or between users and third parties.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Services.

In the event of any discrepancies or inconsistencies between the English version and any translated versions of this Agreement, the English version shall prevail.
